Sahar Elgamil

A lifelong passion for food has fueled Sahar’s career in recipe development, food styling, and content creation. She started experimenting in the kitchen from a young age, cooking traditional Egyptian dishes with her grandparents. After graduating from culinary school, Sahar worked as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin star restaurant, before pivoting toward her true passion — food media. Her time as a test kitchen assistant at a culinary production studio opened her eyes to the world of freelance food styling and recipe development. What began as posting photos of her dishes from culinary school has since developed into a fulfilling career in on-set food styling, recipe development, content creation, and (occassionally) food writing. She has executed photo and video styling for leading national brands, and has developed recipes for her clients across social media platforms. When not working, you can find her reading by the beach or eating Thai food and rewatching episodes of Gilmore Girls.
